We did not choose to be born. We did not choose our parents. We did not choose the historical epoch, or the country of our birth, or the immediate circumstances of our upbringing. We can choose, however, how to live our lives. What makes us significant is how we choose to live. We can live a life with purpose or live a life that has no meaning. We decide. We choose. And as we decide and choose, so are our lives formed. In the end, we form our own destiny.

There are 17 men in the picture below which was taken in 1893. One of the men chose to live a life trying to get ideas that would improve and change things. One of his ideas transformed America. No one knows how the other 16 men lived, because there is no record or mention of their lives. Can you pick out the man whose revolutionary ideas changed America?
